Policy

Production and Processing Timeline

We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves five – ten business days for production and processing before we ship out your order. For Bespoke pieces time varies for every piece.

We appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are concerned about an order reaching you by a certain date.

Urgent Orders and Special Requests

If you have an urgent order delivery or a special request, please email us at hjocdesignstudio@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Exchange or refunds

As some of our Jewelry is hand made and made to order, in such cases HJOC cannot offer refunds. We offer a full refund (If pieces are not made on special order) provided you get in touch within 14 days of placing your order. We can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return. Incase of a return shipment, providing us with the tracking number and insure to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

*Bespoke Jewelry and earrings -for hygiene reasons- are excluded from returns and refunds.

When returning a package, Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and in their original box, to protect them on their way.

Sizing and Resizing

If you are unsure of your ring size, please visit your local jeweler for a fitting.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing.
